Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Festival Catering Crew to join our team for the upcoming festival season. As a member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing high-quality food and beverage service to festival-goers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down catering stations in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring all items are fresh and up to our high standards
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all customers are greeted and served promptly and with a friendly attitude
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including all equipment and supplies
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Work as a team with other crew members to ensure a smooth and successful operation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time 
• A valid food handler’s permit may be required
